Abstract

Este libro recoge los once balances de investigación presentados en la conferencia Avances Recientes en la Investigación y Políticas para el Desarrollo, organizada en el marco del 35 aniversario del Grupo de Análisis para el Desarrollo (GRADE). Los textos de esta publicación buscan continuar satisfaciendo la demanda de conocimiento dirigida a sostener un debate más informado acerca de la política pública en el Perú. Esta discusión debe partir por reconocer la complejidad de los temas —educación, infancia, medioambiente y recursos naturales, programas sociales e instituciones—; la existencia de impactos heterogéneos en contextos políticos, sociales, económicos, culturales, institucionales y medioambientales diversos; y la necesidad de desplegar acciones de política articuladas para enfrentar los distintos retos. Al mismo tiempo, los once ensayos son una muestra representativa de la producción académica reciente de GRADE.
