Abstract

A partir de su visita a las aulas, los autores ofrecen elementos útiles para analizar qué ocurre en diversas áreas de este ámbito educativo peruano. ¿Cómo adquieren sentido los discursos sobre la historia del Perú según el contexto institucional en el que se dictan? ¿De qué manera influyen las circunstancias sociales individuales en la implementación de los programas de educación bilingüe? Los procesos de capacitación docente ¿están tomando en cuenta las prácticas cotidianas asentadas en el tiempo? ¿Cuánto y de qué modo se relacionan las medidas que buscan mejorar la enseñanza con el contexto y los protagonistas del proceso? Esta valiosa indagación se sustenta en la necesidad de observar el nivel micro de las organizaciones para conocer la real interacción entre los hacedores de política, los actores locales y el entorno.
