Abstract

Colombia tras 10 años de comercialización de gas natural no ha desarrollado un mercado extendido y competitivo, por lo que se cuestiona el modelo utilizado. Por esto se proporciona un marco comparativo que contempla los mercados más evolucionados a nivel mundial y el caso doméstico, a fin de encontrar diferencias y similitudes en los modelos que permitan diagnosticar el mercado colombiano.
