Abstract

Como pocos en la historia del pensamiento occidental, Mill tuvo fe en la racionalidad de los seres humanos, la cual tiene como principio base la elección de placer o dolor; ese placer o dolor no es ajeno a una estrecha relación con la crianza y la sociedad donde crece cada individuo, por lo que cada caso debe ser plenamente estudiado.
