Abstract

El programa de “Colegios en concesión” es una iniciativa del Distrito, iniciada durante la administración del alcalde Enrique Peñalosa, con el objetivo de incrementar la cobertura educativa dirigida a niños pertenecientes a hogares altamente vulnerables, a partir de un servicio de alta calidad académica. El objeto principal del diseño fue la construcción de una infraestructura que pudiera acoger de 800 a 1.200 estudiantes en jornada única, con administración privada, ubicados en barrios de estratos 1 y 2
