Abstract

El autor demuestra en esta obra que la guerra no es el producto de los que disparan en el campo de batalla sino de un tipo de sociedad que no reconoce sus conflictos; y, por lo tanto, que la paz no puede ser el producto del fortalecimiento militar de un bando en conflicto, que sólo se traduce en un costoso triunfo temporal, sino de la creación de mecanismos para el desarrollo pacífico de los conflictos sociales.
