Abstract

El presente estudio, rigurosamente investigado y pulcramente redactado por Eric Tremolada, llena un vacío en la bibliografía no solamente del derecho internacional colombiano, sino simultáneamente en el terreno del derecho de la integración regional comparada. Además, cumple, con una economía de medios y espacio verdaderamente notable, a la perfección la misión de ser una introducción a la propia estructura de la Comunidad Andina, como si se tratara de un estudio según la metodología de la ciencia política, convenientemente reforzada por las herramientas del estudio del derecho.
