    ¿Cuáles son los impactos que para los ordenamientos jurídicos tienen los actuales procesos de globalización que afectan una parte importante de los aspectos de nuestras vidas cotidianas?, ¿cómo va a ser, suponiendo que siga siendo algo, el Estado-nación dentro del que van a convivir las personas en los próximos años?, ¿tienen algo que ver los derechos fundamentales con la globalización?, ¿la globalización es buena o mala para los derechos, para el federalismo, para la democracia, para la división y el control de los poderes?, ¿qué papel le corresponde desempeñar a la teoría jurídica en los desarrollos, al parecer omnipresentes y omnipotentes, de la globalización?
