Abstract

Los 35 países latinoamericanos tienen grandes potencialidades, pero su misma heterogeneidad y fraccíonamento obstaculizan una proyección más activa, positiva y sustentable en el escenario internacional y regional. El surgimiento de potencias regionales latinoamericanas de diverso rango como Brasil, México Chile, Argentina, Venezuela y Colombia, podría jalonar de manera conjunta o individual una mayor presencia latinoamericana en temas de la agenda internacional que resultan pnontarios para el sistema internacional actual. El manual Brasil en el contexto regional e internacional: actores y temas analiza d:dácticamente los asuntos por los que pasa Latinoamérica y por los cuales el subcontmente puede ser mirado con mayor interés en términos de alternativas para inversión, migración, negocios, soluciones ambientales, entre otros.
