    Abstract

    Con el compromiso de incorporar en las actividades de formación de los maestros, el desarrollo de la competencia lecto-escritura y los demás componentes comunicativos, la Secretaría de Educación de Bogotá y la Universidad Externado de Colombia, con el apoyo de la fundación W. K. Kellogg, se desarrolla el proyecto de construcción de textos por maestros y alumnos, que busca formar lectores y escritores con “ilusiones de literatura y no de escuela”.
