Abstract

La presente obra es el resultado de un esfuerzo conjunto de la Universidad Externado de Colombia y la subcomisión de Prácticas Mercantiles de la Cámara de Comercio Internacional de París, coordinada en Colombia por la Cámara de Comercio de Bogotá, cuyo propósito es el de aportar tanto a los ejecutivos como a los emprendedores colombianos una guia sobre las principales aristas que deben considerarse al dirigir o asesorar las compañías cuando se va a llevar a cabo un proceso de negociación. También son abordados los diferentes fenómenos que han ido amoldando la forma como tiene lugar la negociación moderna, constituyéndose en una herramienta Que contribuirá a explicar el contexto actual de las negociaciones, como le correspondería actuar al sector corporativo ante las mismas y las tendencias negociales hacia donde se encaminan los líderes empresariales del siglo XXI.
