Abstract

El propósito de este libro es entregar una herramienta que le permita a todos los que están llamados a asumir funciones dentro del marco de la administración del agua poder afrontar y resolver los problemas jurídicos e institucionales en la gestión de la misma. Este libro pretende ser de naturaleza interdisciplinaria y estudiar los principios generales del derecho y de la administración de las aguas. Más aún, tiene por objetivo identificar los problemas que pueden presentarse, y ofrecer una guía que ayude a vislumbrar diversas soluciones posibles. En algunas materias se ofrece una breve descripción, pues no siempre es posible un tratamiento más profundo, debido a que el tratamiento exhaustivo de ciertos temas necesitaría más espacio del que puede ofrecer este volumen.
