Abstract

Contrario a lo que pudiera pensarse, la Ley 600 de 2000 no ha sido derogada. Basta considerar que el procedimiento allí previsto lo aplica la Corte Suprema de Justicia en algunos asuntos propios de su competencia. Por ello, esta obra intenta un estudio del ejercicio de la acción civil en el proceso penal reglado por la Ley 600, temática que si bien es cierto tiene relación con la misma fuente de la obligación de reparar (el daño) en la Ley 906, presenta evidentes diferencias en una y otra normatividad.
