Abstract

Para celebrar el centenario de la jurisdicción de lo contencioso administrativo, los profesores de derecho administrativo del Externado han seleccionado algunos fallos emblemáticos del Consejo de Estado para comentarlos en esta obra. Se trata de decisiones que han marcado el comienzo o el fin de una línea jurisprudencial, que han cambiado su curso o que, en general, han realizado un aporte al derecho administrativo colombiano. El libro presenta una metodología uniforme de análisis jurisprudencial que permite con facilidad la explicación crítica del derecho administrativo, mediante la jurisprudencia. Se incluye un estudio preliminar de Juan Carlos Henao acerca del aporte de la jurisprudencia administrativa al derecho administrativo. No es posible hablar de precedente jurisprudencial sin haber estudiado previamente Los grandes fallos de la jurisprudencia administrativa colombiana.
