Delitos contra el patrimonio económico, 2.ª ed

Abstract

En esta edición se hace un análisis de todos los tipos penales de los delitos contra el patrimonio económico, de acuerdo con la sistemática propia de la actual teoría del delito y una metodología diferente a la empleada en las anteriores publicaciones, dado que los elementos típicos se analizan de manera separada respecto de cada delito y no en conjunto. Se cumple el estudio dogmático de los nuevos tipos penales y de las figuras delictivas tipificadas en la Ley 1273 de 2009 que constituyen lesiones del bien jurídico del patrimonio económico, realizadas mediante sistemas informáticos y atentados contra la información y los datos (hurto por medios informáticos y semejantes, y transferencia no consentida de activos). También se analizan todas las categorías del hecho punible, de cara a los delitos patrimoniales.
