Abstract

Este libro es una de las obras más completas que se haya escrito sobre el Derecho penal económico. La selección y organización de los artículos aquí reunidos permite al lector introducirse tanto en los conceptos básicos como en la discusión actual sobre estos temas. En efecto, en la parte general de este trabajo se analizan en profundidad aspectos centrales del Derecho penal empresarial, y la posibilidad de configurar dogmáticamente la responsabilidad penal de las personas jurídicas, o la imputación de responsabilidad individual en el marco de las estructuras empresariales, todo desde una perspectiva normativista. Además, en su parte especial, esta compilación ofrece un estudio de diferentes tipos penales relacionados con la actividad empresarial, tales como la administración desleal y la necesidad de su tipificación independiente en la mayoría de los códigos hispanoamericanos, o el lavado de activos derivado del pago de honorarios profesionales realizado por los clientes a sus abogados.
