Abstract

El presente libro contiene dos textos sobre temas de mucha importancia para Colombia. El primer texto sobre nociones básicas del derecho internacional humanitario presta una especial utilidad como introducción a las nociones básicas del DIH y puede servir para informar tanto a académicos como prácticos sobre algunos nuevos desarrollos en dicha materia. El segundo texto sobre el crimen de agresión después de Kampala analiza el acuerdo sobre la definición y las condiciones para el ejercicio de la competencia respecto del crimen de agresión en virtud del artículo 5. (2) del Estatuto de Roma que fue logrado en la primera de las Conferencias de Revisión del Estatuto de Roma de la Corte Penal Internacional realizada en Kampala, Uganda, del 31 de mayo al 11 de junio de 2010.
