Abstract

La Dogmática del Derecho Penal en Colombia ha sufrido importantes y significativos avances. Nuestro Código Penal se encuentra a tono con los más recientes avances del Derecho Comparado, y permite, por su apertura normativa, una permanente interpretación y modernización. A la par, en los últimos quince años, un proceso parecido ha vivido el Derecho Disciplinario, constituyéndose en una disciplina jurídica tan importante como el Derecho Penal.
