Internacionalización del derecho penal: el ejemplo del lavado de dinero

Abstract

Si bien todo el mundo habla de la internacionalización o europeización del derecho penal, bajo estos conceptos uno se puede imaginar apenas algo más concreto que bajo el concepto de la globalización, igualmente difuso. Es por ello por lo que aquí, mediante el tipo penal del lavado de dinero, habremos de mostrar cómo en los ámbitos en que existe un interés transnacional en la lucha contra un determinado campo de la criminalidad el derecho penal nacional se ve incentivado y marcado por el derecho (penal) internacional (en una suerte de internacionalización).
