Abstract
La tendencia actual ante la escasez y la volatilidad de los precios del petróleo es la búsqueda de energías alternativas, renovables y limpias, entre las que se hallan los biocombustibles. Durante los últimos años Colombia se ha consolidado como uno de los principales productores de biocombustibles de la región, esto resulta relevante en la discusión y exposición de la política actual al respecto y su regulación, temas que son objeto de estudio del presente libro. Esta obra forma parte de la Colección de Regulación Minera y Energética del Departamento de Derecho Minero Energético, cuyo objetivo principal es realizar el análisis jurídico y económico del sector minero y energético como un aporte académico en la discusión de temas coyunturales tanto en el aspecto colombiano como en el comparado.Download Info
