Abstract

Este texto demanda evaluar permanentemente los avances de las instituciones que le son más representativas, los instrumentos normativos de que dispone y su aceptación a los sistemas legales internos. Este es el propósito del tercer tomo de Derecho Internacional de los Negocios Alcances.La presente compilación es el resultado de la convocatoria a expertos nacionales e internacionales en diferentes aspectos, quienes abordaron temas de actualidad en sus investigaciones, como: el perfil del futuro de los servicios legales en los negocios internacionales; el transporte multimodal frente al Tratado de Libre Comercio; el nuevo régimen de zonas francas; la distribución por medios electrónicos; el derecho de propiedad sobre los bienes intangibles en la transferencias internacional de tecnología, entre otros.Esta publicación busca una buena formación de los profesionales y facilitarles si interacción con otras culturas jurídicas y con el orden internacional, en un mundo en el que las berreras comerciales y legales tienden a desaparecer en pro de facilitar la inscripción del país en un mundo cada vez más interdependiente
