Abstract

Esta obra de Derecho administrativo general presenta a la vez la exposición del curso reducido a lo esencial y ejercicios prácticos, que permiten adquirir un método riguroso de presentación de los conocimientos. Los "cuadros", en donde han sido seleccionados extractos de jurisprudencia, doctrina, reglamentación, están destinados a fijar la atención y a volver más vivientes las informaciones abstractas expuestas anteriormente.Los temas de reflexión y los comentarios de fallos están acompañados de modelos de análisis —entre otros— con planes estructurados apropiados para facilitar la rectitud del razonamiento y la fuerza de la demostración, cualidades esenciales del jurista. Los textos y la jurisprudencia son regularmente actualizados.
