Abstract

Este libro es fruto del trabajo de los profesores del área de derecho procesal de la Universidad de los Andes. Es una obra didáctica que presenta en forma descriptiva y analítica el esquema del proceso civil a la luz de la legislación colombiana. Su contenido se sustenta en "casos reales", que han recibido respuesta de los máximos tribunales de justicia y que se ven reflejados en la jurisprudencia nacional.El área de Derecho procesal de la Facultad de Derecho de la Universidad de los Andes (ADPR) presenta esta obra, escrita por la totalidad de sus integrantes. Se quiere compartir los nuevos modelos pedagógicos con los que se pretende estudiar el derecho procesal civil colombiano. Para ello, en su contenido se desarrolla el panorama del esquema del proceso civil, combinándolo con situaciones reales decididas en la jurisprudencia y acordes con sus precedentes más significativos en las diferentes jurisdicciones, y confrontándolos con los avances y retos más notorios del derecho procesal latinoamericano.
