Abstract

El tema del libro es la protección de los derechos a la verdad, la justicia, la reparación y la no repetición en un contexto de justicia transicional. Su objetivo es contribuir a la reflexión teórica sobre la justicia y los estándares internacionales que hoy protegen estos derechos, así como contribuir a su defensa y promoción en contextos transicionales.En este sentido, el libro está dirigido a quienes trabajan, desde la teoría, en temas de justicia transicional y en derecho internacional de los derechos humanos, a funcionarios del Estado interesados y/o responsables de estos temas, a organizaciones no gubernamentales de derechos humanos, a organizaciones sociales vinculadas y/o interesadas en temas de justicia transicional y a víctimas de graves violaciones de derechos humanos, a profesionales de distintas disciplinas interesados en el tema de la justicia transicional a profesores universitarios vinculados a los temas de justicia transicional y derecho internacional de los derechos humanos.
