Abstract

La búsqueda de una óptima dimensión en la prestación de los servicios que se confronta con exigencias de descentralización de usuarios, la competencia que contribuye al cambio de aspectos que se creían consolidados, y otras oportunidades, principios y valores, son parte de la reflexión que se propone en términos de referencia y confrontación entre los modelos italiano y colombiano.
