En las exposiciones que aquí aparecen se presentan algunas de las ideas del pensamiento filosófico de Kelsen, ilustradas en ensayos presentados con motivo del homenaje a este pensador. Aquí se versa sobre el concepto jurídico de la teoría pura del derecho; la justicia en la filosofía del derecho de Hans Kelsen; la teoría del escalamiento normativo y la creación de las normas constitucionales; y Hans Kelsen: arquitecto y visionario del derecho internacional, entre otros temas
