La actualidad de la filosofía práctica de Hegel. Hegel y el holismo de la filosofía política

Abstract

En dos trabajos se analiza el significado de la filosofía práctica de Hegel, en especial, su filosofía del derecho de 1821, para la filosofía social y del derecho actuales. Ella se analizará en relación con las vertientes dominantes de la teoría de los sistemas (Luhmann), de la teoría del contrato (Rawls, Höffe) y de la teoría de las esferas de justicia (Walzer). Hegel expone una teoría holista para sociedades diferenciadas en las cuales la libertad y el derecho se pueden desarrollar completamente.
