Abstract

La obligación jurídica se revela en esta obra no como un concepto del espíritu subjetivo, sino del espíritu objetivo que no puede deducirse de un contrato de individuos, sino que se genera cuando a una persona se le impone, conforme al entendimiento general, un cometido en interés de lo general; por lo tanto, este entendimiento general de que la tarea debe soportarse por la persona no puede ser sustituido por la mera coacción.
