Abstract

En esta obra no se pretende poner en duda la indisponibilidad de la vida en su fundamentación religiosa o incluso moral, porque esto no permite fundamentar una norma penal estatal, sino estudiar las tesis de Arthur Kaufmann sobre el suicidio y el consentimiento en el homicidio cuando las personas son plenamente responsables, como también su argumento de que “no es asunto de Estado” porque el individuo se debe a la comunidad sólo mientras vive pero no está obligado frente a ella a vivir.
