Abstract

Esta obra se ocupa de determinar si deben aplicarse las mismas reglas para la intervención omisiva que para la comisiva, y de establecer, alguna de estas reglas generales resolviendo la problemática del encadenamiento temporal de realizaciones activas y omisivas, mediante el principio de prohibición de sobrevaloración del aporte.
