Abstract

Este trabajo nos presenta dos temas de vibrante actualidad en el derecho penal. El doctor Jakobs alude, en primer lugar, a la injerencia como factor esencial en la comisión u omisión del delito, desde la perspectiva de la normatividad alemana. El otro es el dominio del hecho, del cual se han ocupado varios prestantes penalistas, entre otros, Welzel, Maurach, Roxin, quienes contribuyeron al enriquecimiento ius normativo del tema.
