Abstract

Dentro de la dogmática penal, un tema ha cobrado renovado interés: la relación entre ley penal y tipo y sus consecuencias para la punibilidad. El autor repasa en esta obra la dogmática del delito imprudente, incluidos sus fundamentos teóricos normativos y sondea las profundidades del dilema en el que las exigencias divergentes de la Constitución y la política criminal hacen caer a la legislación.
