Falsedad documental: ficción social de autor

Abstract

Los temas de este trabajo sobre falsedad documental se han venido desarrollando en los cursos de postgrado y pregrado de la Universidad Externado de Colombia, en la ciudad de Bogotá, y en los programas y cursos dictados por la misma Universidad en otras ciudades del país. De manera que es el producto de un diálogo académico a distintos niveles, y con diversa intensidad. No se ha trabajado el tema de la manera habitual de análisis de la ley conforme al sentido semántico y hermenéutico ya tradicional en nuestro medio, acompañado de la jurisprudencia de nuestras Cortes, sino desde la perspectiva moderna de la filosofía de la acción comunicativa, en una perspectiva de adecuación social de las acciones y conductas humanas esperadas en la vida colectiva.
