Abstract

Se estudia desde la descripción del fenómeno dentro de la realidad social, pasando por el análisis de la valoración penal de la conducta del blanqueo de capitales en las legislaciones de España y Brasil, identificando los rasgos penales en ambos países así como las diferentes doctrinas para cada caso.
