Análisis de las políticas públicas en torno a la prisión

Abstract

El Centro de Investigación en Política Criminal –CIPC– de la Universidad Externado de Colombia ha creado la Cátedra de Investigación Científica –cic–, como espacio de reflexión no sólo para los profesores e investigadores del cipc sino para los jóvenes investigadores que están vinculados con las líneas de investigación del Centro. La idea de la cic es la de seleccionar una problemática de política criminal en Colombia, que merezca los esfuerzos de análisis y reflexiones con profesionales de otras disciplinas, y así poder entender las situaciones de estudio de una manera interdisciplinaria. Para el año 2005-2006 hemos escogido la problemática de los derechos fundamentales y la institución carcelaria.
