Abstract

El derecho urbanístico está ligado directamente con los aspectos sociales y comunitarios, por tanto es un imperativo la preservación de todos y cada uno de los derechos e intereses difusos de la sociedad que le garantizan a ésta la convivencia equilibrada y ponderada, no obstante la complejidad de los elementos y fenómenos de la sociedad. Como queda visto, es un área del derecho bastante apasionante, porque está unida en todo momento y en todos los aspectos con la convivencia en cualquier territorio, es la relación hombre-territorio. Desde la perspectiva del Estado democrático es connatural al derecho urbanístico la intervención material de la comunidad en los procesos públicos y administrativos del diseño de las normas urbanísticas de planeación y en los trámites de licencias y permisos.
