Abstract

La competencia y las reglas que le son afines juegan hoy un papel esencial en la sociedad. Son inseparables: cómo entender la competencia sin conocer las reglas que le son impuestas? y cómo recurrir a ellas sin analizar la rivalidad que reina en los mercados? La obra trata dichos temas complejos de manera pedagógica, e incluye para este fin varios ejemplos tratados de manera profunda. Síntesis al final de los capítulos, un glosario y dos índices, le permiten al lector afanado un manejo eficiente del libro. Esta obra se dirige a todos los estudiantes que quieran analizar la competencia desde un punto de vista estratégico, económico, político o jurídico. También será de interés para los ejecutivos y dirigentes de empresa, quienes sin ser especialistas en derecho de la competencia, necesitan conocer los retos y su evolución.
