Abstract

Esta obra se divide en tres grandes libros: i. “Daño al mercado”; ii. “Derecho de la competencia”; y iii. “Derecho del consumo”. El libro primero, denominado “Daño al mercado”, es básico para el entendimiento de la totalidad del tema, ya que contiene la esencia de la regulación atinente a la competencia y al consumo bajo la óptica de responsabilidad. El libro segundo se compone de dos partes. La primera relata opiniones acerca de las prácticas comerciales restrictivas bajo el ropaje del daño. La segunda contiene opiniones en materia de competencia desleal también bajo la óptica del daño. El tercer libro contiene opiniones acerca del derecho del consumo. Se explican las bases económicas de esta regulación, las cuales permiten definir cómo el derecho administrativo se inmiscuye en el derecho comercial.
