Abstract

Julio H. Palacio, el gran cronista de la Regeneración y del Quinquenio, escribió en 1944: “Joaquín Tamayo, el perspicaz historiador nacional, cuya prematura muerte nunca será suficientemente lamentada, tenía dotes de sociólogo” (1990, 308). Lo mismo señalaron otros observadores.
