Constitucionalización del derecho privado. Actas del Tercer Congreso Internacional

Abstract

Los días 5 y 6 de septiembre de 2006, en las Universidades Externado de Colombia y del Rosario, tuvo lugar el Tercer Congreso Internacional de la Association Andrés Bello des juristas franco-latino-américains. Este congreso tuvo por tema la “Constitucionalización del derecho Privado”. Su objeto fue el análisis de este importante fenómeno y la confrontación de las recientes experiencias en esta materia, en estos países de Código Civil y Constitución por excelencia, que son los Estados de Europa Continental y de América Latina. El congreso contó con la participación de una cuarentena de connotados profesores, venidos de Francia y de diez países de Latinoamérica. Esta obra recoge las contribuciones presentadas en dichas jornadas, y ha sido dividida en cuatro partes. Cada una de ellas corresponde a dos de las ocho mesas redondas que compusieron el congreso: Personas y Familia, Bienes, Procedimiento Civil y arbitraje y en fin, Derecho de Obligaciones.
