Abstract

A pesar de la importancia que la logística ha tomado en el marco de la actividad empresarial, poco se ha dicho sobre los alcances que desde una perspectiva legal puede llegar a tener el concepto. El presente libro presenta un estudio de dicho fenómeno desde un ángulo jurídico, analizando en particular el rol del operador logístico como nuevo jugador de la actividad empresarial, los posibles riesgos legales derivados de su actividad y los contratos que se utilizan para instrumentar este tipo de operaciones.
