Importancia de la gestión de la cultura corporativa en procesos de certificación de calidad

Abstract

El presente trabajo busca aportar conocimientos en relación con la importancia dada a la cultura corporativa y al esquema de gestión utilizado en el manejo de los cambios derivados de la implantación de procesos de certificación de calidad, y de acuerdo con los conocimientos, apreciaciones y experiencia de 25 asesores y consultores de empresas en Sistemas de Gestión de la Calidad (SGC), teniendo como referente la Norma Técnica Colombiana NTC-ISO 9001:2000. El estudio se centra en la identificación y el análisis de los factores culturales que pueden facilitar o dificultar la implantación del proceso y en las alternativas de manejo de los mismos.
