Abstract

El grupo de investigación sobre Gestión Organizacional, reconocido por Colciencias, ha venido desarrollando proyectos de investigación desde el primer semestre de 1998, en temas relacionados con culturas corporativas y perdurabilidad empresarial como parte de la línea de investigación: Gestión humana y desarrollo organizacional, del Centro de Gestión Humana y Organizaciones de la Facultad de Administración de Empresas de la Universidad Externado de Colombia. Este grupo inició su trabajo con un primer proyecto de investigación que consistió en la estructuración del estado del arte relacionado con las temáticas vinculadas a su campo de estudio1. Para ello, fue necesario un barrido general de la literatura más representativa existente a nivel nacional e internacional y de los aportes teóricos realizados desde diferentes disciplinas, programas y experiencias empresariales.
