Abstract

"O sistema de planejamento implantado no Brasil durante o regime militar beneficiou-se de diversas experiências anteriores, nas quais o Estado brasileiro, ainda que sem um projeto estruturado de intervenção, adotou medidas importantes para promover a industrialização da economia brasileira como resposta às crises que expunham sua forte dependência do exterior."
