Abstract

1O años de colaboración CONEVAL-CEPAL en la instauración del Sistema de Monitoreo de la Política Social en México documenta el trabajo de cooperación entre el CONEVAL y la Comisión Económica para América Latina y el Caribe (CEPAL), a través del Instituto Latinoamericano y del Caribe de Planificación Económica y Social (ILPES). Gracias a su experiencia en temas de monitoreo y evaluación, se ha logrado incorporar a la política social de México, la Metodología de Marco Lógico como una herramienta central para el diseño y seguimiento a los programas sociales. Mediante un trabajo conjunto, cuya consolidación sigue en proceso, es que se ha conseguido pasar de un enfoque de gestión a uno de resultados.
