Abstract

Este livro tem como objetivo apresentar análises baseadas em evidências sobre as trajetórias das principais agendas relacionadas à administração pública no Brasil entre 1995 e 2020, período subsequente ao lançamento do Plano Diretor da Reforma do Aparelho do Estado (PDRAE). Analisam-se as continuidades e os processos de mudança, as inovações, as tendências e os desa­os que permanecem latentes na agenda pública associada à modernização da atuação estatal. Os estudos reunidos nesta publicação mobilizam evidências e contribuem para o aprofundamento do conhecimento sobre as capacidades estatais, a organização e o funcionamento do Estado brasileiro.
