    Abstract

    Ziel der Analyse war es, die gegenwärtig in der Untersuchungsregion zur Verfügung stehenden Instrumentarien zur Wirtschftsförderung der Länder Sachsen und Sachsen-Anhalt, des Bundes und der Europäischen Kommission hinsichtlich ihrer Eignung zu bewerten, ein innovationsorientiertes Wirtschaftswachstum im Wirtschaftsraum Halle-Leipzig-Dessau anzuregen. Ferner war herauszufinden, inwieweit auf betrieblicher Ebene die derzeitge Förderpraxis mit einer Belebung der wirtschaftlichen Leistungsfähigkeit und der Innovationsfähigkeit einhergeht. Es wurde auf der Grundlage einer schriftlichen Teilnehmerbefragung herausgearbeitet, welche Unternehmen der Untersuchungsregion unter welchen verschiedenen strukturellen Ausgangsbedingungen Fördermittel in Anspruch genommen haben und inwieweit sich das in innovationsrelevanten Merkmalen niederschlägt.
