Sanierung und Entwicklung von ökologisch belasteten Standorten : Konzepte und Vorgehensweisen

Abstract

Die Studie beinhaltet Vorschläge für Konzepte und Methoden der Standortentwicklung in Sachsen, die die Aktivitäten des Aufbauwerks im Freistaat Sachsen in diesem Bereich unterstützen soll. Dabei werden zunächst die methodischen Grundlagen zur Beseitigung von Umweltlasten und zur ökologischen Sanierung rekapituliert. Weiterhin werden die methodischen Grundlagen der Standortentwicklung behandelt, die den Ausgangspunkt für ein Modell darstellen, das die Vorgehensweise bei größeren Projekten zur Sanierung und Standortentwicklung vorstellt. Es enthält einen maximalen Rahmen für diejenigen Gesichtspunkte, die bei den entsprechenden Planungen zu berücksichtigen sind. Insgesamt wird deutlich, daß in der Durchführung von Sanierungsmaßnahmen und Stansortentwicklungen eine Vielzahl von Akteuren beteiligt sind. Zur Verdeutlichung der dargestellten Sachverhalte, bietet der Anhang einen umfangreichen Katalog, der die Organisation einer Sanierungsträgerschaft zum Thema hat.
