Wirtschaftsstandort Waltershausen/Thüringen : sozioökonomische Analyse im Rahmen der Planung städtebaulicher Maßnahmen im Ortsteil Ibenhain

Abstract

Anfang März 1995 hat die Stadt Waltershausen das ifo Institut beauftragt, eine ökonomische Untersuchung durchzuführen. Die Untersuchung wurde von April bis August 1995 durchgeführt und der daraus entstandene Bericht ist in sechs Kapitel gegliedert. Nach der Einleitung werden im zweiten Kapitel die wesentlichen sozioökonomisch relevanten Merkmale der Stadt zusammengefaßt. Es folgt ein Abschnitt, der die Bevölkerungsentwicklung erörtert und im vierten Kapitel wird die Situation und Entwicklung der Beschäftigung analysiert, unter Nutzung von Ergebnissen der Unternehmensbefragung. Zentrale Bedeutung hat das fünfte Kapitel, das die Entwicklung der gewerblichen Wirschaft behandelt. Im letzten Kapitel wird schließlich die Entwicklung der Standortbedingungen für die gewerbliche Wirtschaft beschrieben.
