Сравнителен Анализ На Структурните Промени В Страните От Централна И Източна Европа

Abstract

Преходът от централно планирано към пазарно стопанство постави особени предизвикателства към провежданата в страните от Централна и Източна Европа икономическа политика. Последователността на реформите, скоростта на тяхното осъществяване и градацията на приоритетите се реализират по различен начин в тези страни. Обект на настоящото изследване е натрупаният опит през последните няколко години, както и конкретните резултати от прилаганите стратегии за осъществяванията на прехода. Преобладаващата в началния етап на прехода неолиберална философия отстъпи място на концепции, свързани с по-голяма ангажираност на държавата в хода на икономическата трансформация. Наред с това източноевропейският регион става все по-хетерогенен и диференциран по отношение на протичащите в различните страни процеси. Изследването обхваща опита на Чехия, Полша, Унгария, България, Румъния и Албания. Книгата съдържа следните глави: икономическа политика и макроикономически параметри на прехода; адаптивност на отрасловите структури; модели на приватизацията; преструктуриране на индустриалните предприятия; структурна реформа в земеделието; развитие на дребния бизнес; системи за осигуряване при безработица.
